Charlie Palmer is an award-winning chef who owns 14 restaurants and two hotels in California, including Aureole in NYC and Las Vegas and Charlie Palmer Steak in Washington, Boston, and Las Vegas. He has built a growing collection of food-forward wine shops, as well as a series of award-winning boutique hotels in California, and he has taught some of America's most innovative chefs, including the Voltaggio brothers, Michael Mina, and Gerry Hayden. In the South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California, he recently opened his first fast-casual restaurant, DG (Damn Good) Burger. Charlie is a regular guest on NBC's Today show and appears on a variety of other national television shows.
