His first novel and poetry collection were both critically acclaimed, and SHORT SESSION (Red Mountain Press, 2021) is the follow-up to his critically acclaimed PANORAMIC DIARIES (Red Mountain Press, 2020). He's also the author of THE FREEDOM OF THE IGNORED (Red Mountain Publishing, 2017), a poetry book. Bill's work with non-profits has defined his career, with a concentration on incarcerated juveniles and adults.
