Jeff Kurtti is a well-known public speaker, host, and panel moderator who has written twenty books and directed award-winning documentaries. Kurtti was born in Seattle, Washington, and spent two years as the assistant to the president of the California Institute of the Arts after working as a production supervisor for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Arts Festival. He worked for Walt Disney Imagineering, The Walt Disney Company's theme park design division, and then for Disney's Corporate Special Projects department for several years. He has worked in the film picture, theatre, and themed-entertainment industries as an novelist, writer, and consultant since 1995.
