Grief Isn't Something to Get Over by Mary C Lamia
Exploring bereavement through science, the narrative shows how grief interlaces negative feelings with cherished memories. Using case studies and personal vignettes, it explains why sorrow follows care and guides readers to accept loss as an essential, natural part of life.
