Hannah and Horatio Pea by Sarah Noble
Life is full of mysteries: small mysteries, which are easy to solve, and great big mysteries, which take a lifetime and many adventures to unravel. So it is for the Leigh family, living in Oak Tree House, surrounded by wonderful friends. It is a house of laughter and of tears, of noisy times and of quiet contemplation, of cheerful chaos and of peaceful order, but most of all, it is a house of love. It all sounds perfect, but. Why was a tiny, beautiful girl, clutching her only friend, Bear, found wandering the streets of Falmouth? Why can't she tell anyone who she is and where she comes from? What is the bond that ties Andrew to her? Will Joe's operation be a success? How is Hannah able to know exactly what is going to happen? And why did Horatio Pea grow to be so big? A trip to hospital sparks a chain of events, which undoubtedly will lead to great adventures and, for some, great danger - not least Bear. From Gloucestershire to the Cornish coast, will an extraordinary journey provide the answers or just more questions? And as for Hannah and Horatio Pea, what is it that makes them so special and loved? That is a mystery for you to solve.
