A Hard Day's Summer by Alison Hargreaves
In 1993 British woman climber Alison Hargreaves became the first climber to solo the six classic north faces of the Alps in one season.
Alison Hargreaves stared hill walking at the age of six and in 1980 was a member of the first Womens's International Climbing Meet. In 1988 she became the first British woman to climb the North Face of the Eiger.
