Harry and the Lost Sheep by Ruth Chesney

The Harry series is suitable for pre-schoolers and early school-aged children and is about a young boy called Harry who lives on a farm. Each book is based on a Bible story or verse and contains a clear, yet simple gospel message. The accompanying illustrations of the whimsical countryside scenes are hand drawn by Mary Weatherup, who lives on a farm in rural Northern Ireland. In this book, Harry sets out with his father to find the lost sheep. Harry learns lessons from the Bible that he is like the lost sheep, but the Lord Jesus came into this world to save lost sinners like him. This story is accompanied with full colour illustrations.
Ruth Chesney lives in Northern Ireland with her husband Samuel. As a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ since the age of 11, Ruth enjoys participating in the various activities of her local church. Ruth has written the Search For Truth Series for teenagers as well as a collection of picture books about Harry for younger children which have been charmingly illustrated by Mary Weatherup. This is Ruth's first Daily Devotional book for teens and young adults.
