Currently an international consultant to the Integrated Community Health Services Project in the Philippines (a major health initiative funded by the Asian Development Bank) he has worked previously in Australia as Assistant Secretary of the Northern Territory Department of Health and as a Senior Lecturer at La Trobe University.
