Carly acted as showrunner and director for New Form's scripted series Threads, which aired on Verizon's go90 platform in 2017. The 20-episode horror and comedy anthology series brought to life bizarre stories from Reddit and other online communities.
Carly is also the creator and writer of two BOOM! Studios comic book series. Heavy Vinyl was nominated for a Prism award in 2018, which recognizes the best in LGBTQAI+ comics.
