Helfort's War Book 4: The Battle for Commitment Planet by Graham Sharp Paul

It was insane, it was suicidal, it was wrong-
and by God he was going to do it.

The Hammer Worlds have Helfort exactly where they want him. The ultimatum is brutal and precise. Unless the Federated hero surrenders, the Hammer World's prisoner Anna Cheung-the only woman Helfort has ever loved-will be handed over to a bunch of depraved troopers to be violated, then executed by firing squad.

Helfort can obey, or he can do what the crew proposes- sail his three frontline dreadnoughts into the Hammers' stronghold Commitment Planet, liberate Anna and the rest of the POWs held captive there, and continue the fight in the jaws of the enemy. Helfort's decision? Bring it on!

Graham Sharp Paul, a Sri Lankan native, holds a bachelor's degree in archaeology and anthropology from Cambridge University and a master's degree in business administration from Macquarie University. He entered the Royal Navy in 1972 and trained as a mine warfare and clearance diving officer before rising through the ranks of the Navy's mine warfare flotilla to the rank of lieutenant commander. He joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1983 and served in the Trials and Assessments Unit and the Clearance Diving School before returning to civilian life in 1987. Before starting his own business development and corporate finance firm in 1991, Paul worked for two Australian corporations in the banking and media sectors. He worked on a variety of projects all across the world for the next twelve years.

He left his corporate job in 2003 to pursue writing full-time. He also wrote the first two novels in his Helfort's War trilogy, The Battle at the Moons of Hell and The Battle of the Hammer Worlds. Paul and his wife Vicki live in Sydney with their three sons.
