Hickory Dickory Dock by Jemima Summer

Hickory, dickory, dock! The mouse ran up the clock. The clock struck one, the mouse ran down. But what happens next? Find the mouse and his friends on each page and follow them on their adventure through this funny 'tell the time' storybook. This classic song is adapted by Jemima Summer and features adorable illustrations by Emma Allen.
Jemima was born into a hippy lifestyle in the 1960s and her unorthodox, carefree upbringing has inspired her creativity throughout her working life. Formerly a commercial textile artist, Jemima is now retired and dedicates her creative energies to her one-true love - children's books! Jemima's writing celebrates childhood innocence and wonderment at the smallest of things. Emma Allen is a children's book Illustrator based in Kent. Emma works mostly in watercolor, gouache and pencil and finds inspiration in lots of things, but perhaps most of all in the beautiful colors, patterns and shapes in nature. Emma is a past winner of the 'Student of the Year' at the London Art College and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and also the Association of Illustrators.
