Duffy, C. Delayne: - C. DeLayne Duffy is an American writer, born in 1968 in Portales, New Mexico. She has two adult children, who are the loves of her life and the inspiration behind her books. Her love of writing began when she took a creative writing class in college and her work was met with great enthusiasm from both her instructor and peers. DeLayne graduated with her Masters in Special Education from Eastern New Mexico University and has taught Special education in both New Mexico and in Texas . She now resides in Texas with her cat Binx.
