She enjoys selecting just the perfect characters to construct a story as the official matchmaker for all the characters who roam through her mind. She crafts a romantic slice of two characters' lives in a slice-of-life novel.
Most people in today's world have jobs and obligations. Trying to reconcile two separate lives into one can be a great challenge. No one is without flaws. She incorporates this into her writing.
The fantasy of a dashing guy who will sweep the damsel in distress off her feet and whisk her away to a cloud castle is still alive, but the castle is most likely a condo. And a few clean lines aren't going to persuade that damsel in distress.
