Judith Jango-Cohen began her career as a teacher, designing activities to pique her students' interest in science. She began writing full-time eleven years later, with the birth of her two children. Her forty-two books, which range from Bionics to Ben Franklin and ladybugs to librarians, are the result of her exploits as a naturalist and photographer. Judith enjoys visiting schools and libraries to share her experiences as a writer/photographer and to assist youngsters learn to express themselves via poetry and prose. She also writes science news pieces for Scholastic classroom publications.
