Jessica Battilana is a recipe developer, cook, and writer. Her debut cookbook, alongside chef Charles Phan, earned an IACP prize in the Chef/Restaurant category, and she has subsequently collaborated with baker Chad Robertson and butcher Ryan Farr on publications. A partnership with a candlemaker is in the works. Jessica's recipes and articles have appeared in Sunset, Gastronomica, Martha Stewart Living, and The Wall Street Journal, among other publications.
