"Homes & Gardens" Decorating by Giles Kime
This definitive decorating book covers everything you need to know when you are doing up your home. It begins by identifying key decorating styles and then takes you logically through each stage of the planning process. As well as outlining the pros and cons of a wide range of options for walls, flooring and furnishings, it looks at specific rooms in turn and highlights the key considerations and solutions. The beautiful photographs illustrate a range of stylistic choices, but don't overwhelm you with too many options. And while covering up-to-date techniques and ideas, it also includes the basics and the classic, making this the one-stop book on decorating.
