The Hotel Book by Angelika Taschen
Concentrates on extraordinary Canadian and American hotels. Ranging from funky and inexpensive to elegant and wildly pricy, these hotels, inns, guesthouses, bungalows, ranches, lodges, resorts and even - yes - wigwams and treehouses aim to seduce you.
