Or are you just ready to take charge of your life?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, this book will quickly change your life.

Many things can influence your self-confidence: negative thinking, past experiences, the judgment of others, or unexpected setbacks.

A lack of self-confidence holds you back from achieving your hopes, dreams, and ambitions.

In order to move forward toward success, you need to study the factors that influence your self-confidence and learn how to face your fears.

By doing this, you can grow into a more confident person and pursue the life you really want.

A 2012 study called Perfectionism, Procrastination, and Psychological Distress, published in the Journal of Counseling Psychology by Rice, K.G., et al., stated that greater self-confidence leads to productivity and success.

Self-confidence will make an incredible difference in your work life, personal relationships, and overall achievements.

As you'll find out, it's never too late to grow your confidence.
