You will need a copy of Living with the Dominator in order to use this book. The workbook is suitable for one to one work with abusers and for: All the abusers who have contacted me to ask for help. Any man who has completed a Freedom Programme for men and wants a refresher.
Pat Craven is a qualified social worker and probation officer. In 1999 she created the Freedom Programme for survivors of domestic abuse to women. In 2008 she published 'Living with the Dominator' a book about male violence to women. In 2011 she wrote the companion book, 'The Freedom Programme Home Study Course' for women who could not access the Freedom Programme. During the last 10 years she has also regularly provide a course for abusive men who want to improve their behaviour. In response to popular demand she has now published the course in the form of a 'Home Study Course'.
