How To Make A Human Out Of Soup by Tracey Turner

The fun-packed, mind-boggling, illustrated story of human evolution
Easy to read and full of humour.. there are some sections which have quite complex concepts but Tracey manages to explain them clearly and concisely in a style which will appeal to a wide range of interests * School Librarian *

Author, Tracey Turner, is a former children's editor and author of many non-fiction books for children, including Hodder's Disgusting Dictionary and titles for the Dead Famous series and 101 Things You Need To Know. Tracey lives in Bath and has appeared at the Bath Literary Festival.

Illustrator, Sally Kindberg, has a vast experience of working on books and features, and running drawing workshops for both children and adults in venues as far apart as China and Shetland. As her childhood ambition to be an astronaut has not (yet) been realised, she explored the outer galaxies by drawing them. She is also working on the Short and Unlikely History of Sally Kindberg in comic strip form, and assembling a Dust Museum, which includes dust from the Great Wall of China and Dr. Who's Tardis.
