Her multi-hyphenated career as an entrepreneur, investor, writer, and speaker reflects these many facets. Hitha handles the company's finance, relationships, and strategy as CEO of Rhoshan Pharmaceuticals. Hithan also invests in early stage companies to put her money where her principles are. She has invested in innovative firms mostly started by women and focused on women (MM.LaFleur, Girls' Night In, Brightland, and Heymama, to name a few) as a partner in Adama Ventures (her family office).
