Author Kenneth D. Ricketts has served 10 years within one of the United Kingdom's largest Police Constabularies. This unique book utilises his own current, in-depth knowledge and personal experience of the recruitment process, as well as utilising the experiences of new recruits and of recruiters alike. Other books I have read on this subject are informative to the reader but do not I believe give the specific insider tips that I have supplied in mine. They are often written in a complicated way, filling most of the pages with example after example which I feel confuses the reader. I have attempted to write a book that tells it how it is in simple, easy to understand language.
