Dr. Campbell has lectured across the United States and in a number of European nations in addition to publishing.

He is currently a seminar leader and board member of Ministering to Ministers, a non-profit organization committed to ministers' and their families' support. Dr. Campbell has four grown children and one grandson with his wife, Pat. They have a home in Signal Mountain, Tennessee, where he attends Signal Mountain Baptist Church.
