As Dr. Nelson puts it, If I had known the contents of this book at the time of my prostate cancer diagnosis, I would have done a lot of things differently.
My hope is that the reader will benefit from my experience and receive the best possible diagnosis, treatment, and nutritional assistance. Dr. Nelson has dedicated himself to educating men about prostate cancer since being diagnosed with the disease. He currently resides in New Zealand, where he meets with men about their medical conditions, guides them through difficult decisions, and offers diet, exercise, and other supplementary lifestyle and attitude approaches to prostate cancer treatment.
