
Jeremy Rifkin is the founder and president of the Foundation on Economic Trends, as well as the author of eighteen best-selling books, including The Hydrogen Economy and The End of Work. Face the Nation, The Lehrer News Hour, 20/20, Larry King Live, Today, and Good Morning America have all included him as a guest. Rifkin was selected one of 150 persons in the United States by the National Journal. that have the most clout when it comes to determining federal policy Rifkin has also testified before various congressional committees and has been a senior lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School's Executive Education Program since 1994.
Rifkin is the chairman of the Global CEO Business Roundtable, which comprises IBM, Cisco, Cushman & Wakefield, and has advised a number of world leaders, including French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland.
