Idiosyncratic Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy by Windy Dryden

When people think about REBT, they usually think of the famous Ellis-Gloria film and assume that all REBT therapists practice REBT as Albert Ellis did in that film. However, in reality there is a great deal of variation among REBT therapists concerning how they practice this approach to counselling and psychotherapy. In this unique book eleven leading REBT therapists discuss their idiosyncratic practice of REBT, firmly shattering the myth that all REBT therapists are the same.
