In Search of the Light by Susan J Blackmore
As a starry-eyed student, the author was convinced of the reality of astral planes, telepathy, and life after death. She was determined to devote her life to parapsychology, but what she found wasn't what she had bargained for. This book offers a personal account of one scientist's never-ending search for the paranormal.Susan Blackmore is a speaker, freelance writer, and psychologist. She left the University of the West of England, Bristol, as a Reader in Psychology in 2000 to develop an undergraduate textbook on consciousness.
