Officer in charge of Air Force C-130 aircraft maintenance. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in science.
The University of Buffalo awarded him a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in science. from the University of Southern California with a degree in systems management. The author has 7000 hours of flying experience as a flight instructor. He's spent summers in Canada for the past three decades, exploring remote locations in his Piper Arrow and sleeping next to his plane.
Wayne splits his time between a floating cabin on Powell Lake in Canada and a Bellingham, Washington, city-folk condo. Regional Canadian periodicals and science fiction are among his writing categories.
