Penny Low Deiner holds a doctorate in Education. A professor of Early Childhood Education for over 25 years, she is currently the chair of the department at the University of Delaware. Dr. Deiner is very active in numerous academic associations, and presents at gatherings of NAEYC and ACEI as well as other professional organizations.
