He was formerly a consultant with Kurt Salmon and Associates and was a Senior Training Development. Advisor to the Clothing and Allied Products Industry Training Board before setting up his own consultancy. He is an Honorary Fellow of Leeds University, where he taught, has been a BTEC moderator to most of the British clothing colleagues and was clothing advisor to the CNAA.
