Hurricane Irma, with strong winds that almost blew Joshua away, forced him to move from the comfort of his new home. This category five hurricane completely demolished the house. However, he made his escape just in time. Desperate to find a safer place to ride out the storm, he sought shelter with his Landlady.

For Joshua, living on his own always held a high value. Although he was comfortable living with his brother when he moved to the British Virgin Islands to seek employment, he desired his own space. Tianna prayed that she would find a tenant that would rent her tiny wooden house, and treat it as if it were their own. One day, while at work, she received a call that would lead to the tenant of her dreams, in more ways than one.
