Anna Claybourne is a freelance writer and editor, based in Edinburgh. She has written many children's books, including fiction, non-fiction and encyclopaedias. Mike Byrne grew up near Liverpool. He graduated with a degree in Children's Book Illustration and now works as a full-time illustrator. He has always loved experimenting within his designs, combining his passions for art and his computer! He lives in Surrey with his wife and two cats where he spends his days creating fantastical characters to bring his books to life.
