Masaki Ko began cooking in Japan, then travelled via Sweden to Britain, where he started up a business producing Japanese food. He now supplies airlines, supermarkets and stores with authentic recipes and has opened four restaurants in London. He particularly specializes in sushi. His wife, Hiromi Ko, is also a keen cook and helps to develop new menus.
