The feel-good place to buy books

Jeremy Brown, Secret Agent Bindup by Cheshire Simon
Jeremy Brown may look like a weedy schoolboy, but he's actually an M17 agent. One minute he and his sidekick, Patsy Spudd, are in class, the next they're battling evil criminals for a communication satellite, facing cheese-smelling aliens on Mars or travelling to Egypt to tangle with more mummies than you can sheikh a stick at! Can our heroes save the world? Can they even save themselves?
Simon Cheshire worked in the book trade for eleven years, first for Books for Students, then Heathcote Books. He'd written stories since he was at school, but it was only after turning thirty that he realized "my mental age would never exceed ten and that, in children's books, I had finally found my natural habitat". Jeremy Brown of the Secret Service was his first published book and was followed by Jeremy Brown and the Mummy's Curse. The stories, he claims, "are based entirely upon actual events. Only names, characters, plots, dialogue and descriptive content have been changed, to make them more believable." He lives in Warwick.
