He began his career as a psychotherapist and has since worked as a researcher, trainer, and consultant in the field of NLP for professionals, hospitals, schools, clinics, enterprises, and public and private organizations. He is a clinical psychologist with a doctorate who specializes in the application of NLP in education and training. In New Orleans, he developed and runs the South Central Institute of NLP.
