Jim Henson's Labyrinth: The Novelization by Jim Henson
Sarah has thirteen hours to save her brother from a land where everything seems possible and nothing is what it seems. Experience the beloved fantasy classic Labyrinth adapted by A.C.H. Smith and personally overseen by Jim Henson. Featuring twenty previously unpublished illustrations by legendary illustrator and concept artist Brian Froud and an exclusive peek into Jim Henson s creative process with fifty never-before-seen pages from his personal journal, detailing the initial conception of his ideas for Labyrinth.
Smith, A. C.: - In his early-twenties, A.C. (Tony) Smith made voyages as a ship's engineer between South-East Asia and the west coast of the United States and Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. A thirst to learn as much as he could about life and a fascination for politics saw him complete a law degree. Legal practice as a barrister extended over the next thirty years. In between, he managed to fit in a stint as an MP, co-publish a fortnightly news/magazine and indulge a love of amateur theatre. Since retiring from the Bar, he began writing in earnest. This is the sequel to his first novel, Deeply With The Sun In Our Eyes.
