The pictures are detailed, interspersed with mini labels and facts so that information is simply and clearly shown to the reader. Travel tips on each double spread give additional information to the reader, resulting in much to pore over and discuss. LOIS ROCK has established an international reputation as a children's writer. Specialising in Bible stories, prayer books, and information books, her books have been translated into over 30 languages with sales of 4 million copies. Andy Rowland won the Macmillan prize for children's picture books before graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in illustration. He has worked as a freelance illustrator, muralist, community artists and tutor, and has to date illustrated twelve children's books.
