Journeys Through Addulthood by Sari Solden

The point of the trip was just the journey, not particularly the destinations, although we've seen some spectacular sights. It was about being on the bike, every day, and having our eyes opened to the rest of the world.

You do come to realize that the world isn't as big as you thought it was.

If you're contemplating doing a similar trip, just do it. We are not special people, we don't have lots of money, we're not making exciting and witty media appea

A psychotherapist who herself struggles with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD), Sari Solden specializes in individual, couple, and group work with AD/HD adults and their partners. She also trains, and consults with, other mental-health professionals in assessing and counseling adults with AD/HD. Journeys Through ADDulthood, her second book, grew out of twelve years of working with men and women with AD/HD, during which time she developed a framework for understanding the difference between those who get stuck following diagnosis and those able to grow and move on. Her goals are to share her understanding of the developmental milestones in the lives of AD/HD adults, assist those men and women in achieving greater self-awareness and fulfillment, and foster increased understanding among the non-AD/HD population.
