Just Meditation by Nicholas Buxton

Just Meditation represents a distinctive approach to the learning and practice of meditation that is simple, accessible and inclusive: everyday meditation for everyone.

In this book, Nicholas Buxton, founder of Just Meditation, cuts through the jargon to explain clearly what meditation is, how it works and why it matters.

Suitable for beginners, as well as those with more experience wanting to refresh their practice, Just Meditation promises not only a happier, healthier life, but also provides us with the tools to understand the deepest truths of human experience.

It may not be the only book about meditation out there, but it's the only one you'll need.

Buxton, Nicholas: - Nicholas Buxton is the Director of St Antony's Priory, Durham, creator of Just Meditation and founder of the Newcastle Meditation Centre. He has been practising meditation for over twenty five years, and teaching it for more than fifteen, having studied within both Buddhist and Christian monastic traditions.
