Born into the world hating her mother but loving herself, she is the epitome of narcissism. She spends her days staring endlessly into mirrored images of herself. Thinking of herself and only herself. Her journey, driven by way of poetic verse, explores the damaging affect that arrogance and conceit can have not only on the life of a woman, but her family and community as well. She is Sadiddy.
Regina Y. Cooper resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her son, Demetrius. She is a former Community Columnist for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, produced playwright and spoken word poet. She is the author of The Wolves That Lie in Wait and is currently working on the completion of her next work of fiction You Reap What You Sew. She is the founder of the organization Deeply Rooted which provides education and empowerment to women, children and families residing in homeless shelters.
