The Kando Technique by Juliette Kando
The Kando technique is based on a combination of different types of bodywork and is said to go beyond such techniques as Alexander and Feldenkrais. It is a system that has been developed by the Kando twins, one on either side of the Atlantic. The main premise is that incorrect movement habits are the chief cause of physical problems. The book shows how aches and pains, fatigue and lethargy, weight problems, depression and other problems can be overcome by learning to move, stand, breathe and think in ways modern society has caused us to forget. Use of space, light, colour and music all play a part in the Kando technique.| SKU | Unavailable |
