Maggie and her teammates slept in the barn one night at horse camp, but they didn't get much sleep since the horses snored. Everyone was exhausted and irritable the next morning, especially when they were told to leap without stirrups. Maggie, who was born and raised in England, now lives on the Connecticut coast. Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and writing the next book in her Timber Ridge Riders series when she isn't scrubbing stalls or grooming scruffy ponies.
