When Jack O'Connor took over as Kerry football manager in 2004, he was a relative unknown. Three All-Ireland finals and two Sam Maguire trophies later, he stepped down, having established himself as one of the greats. Jack O'Connor was born and raised in Dromid, Co. Kerry. He teaches in Colaiste na Sceilige in Cahirciveen, and a succesful coaching career has brought him wins at just about every grade of Gaelic football, including two senior All-Ireland titles.
