When Louise Borden was in kindergarten, she walked to Hyde Park School and the public library, finding a few pennies along the way. Since then, she has shared her luck by writing stories and has carried her love of reading into hundreds of schools across the country. Genevieve Godbout is an acclaimed international childrens book illustrator. After studying traditional animation in Montreal and at the prestigious school of Gobelins in Paris, the Quebec-born artist spent seven years in London where she divided her time between working for the Walt Disney Company, creating picture book art, and illustrating for fashion designers.
