Jeff is the North American Mission Board's VP for the Send City Network and Regional VP for Canada. Also the author of Kingdom Matrix: Designing a Church for the Kingdom of God, he and his wife, Laura, live in Oakville, Ontario. They have two children. Mac Lake is the Chief Launch Officer of The Launch Network, a Church Planting Network based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Also the author of Growing Small Group Leaders, he and his wife Cindy have three children Brandon, Jordan and Brianna.
