Kingdom of the Sun God by Ian Cameron

Ranging from the early history of the settlers from North America, to the travels of the great naturalists such as La Condamine, Humboldt and Darwin, this book attempts to offer the reader a comprehensive account of the Andean people and their background.

Ian Cameron works at Hatch Ltd. in Ontario, Canada, as a principal metallurgist for the Pyrometallurgy Sector Practice. He works with a global clientele, addressing technical and business difficulties across the iron and steel value chain, beginning with the primary raw materials. Ian has over 35 years of experience, including 20 years as a consulting engineer with Hatch and prior to that, Corus Consulting/Hoogovens Technical Services. His steel sector clients benefit from his significant knowledge in process technology, blast furnace operations, technology transfer, commissioning, and training. Forecasting future raw material usage trends for major mining companies, creating new blast furnace-related technologies, planning new steelworks, and handling acute operational challenges, such as plant emergencies, are all part of this. Ian has a Metallurgical Engineering Bachelor's and Master's degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada.
