Kevin Poulsen, an award-winning investigative journalist, is in charge of wired.com's news and feature reporting. Poulsen's computer-assisted inquiry into the presence of registered sex offenders on MySpace in 2006 resulted in federal law. He and a cowriter broke the news in June 2010 that the government had covertly detained a young Army intelligence analyst on suspicion of leaking hundreds of thousands of classified documents to Wikileaks.
