Organized by main ingredient and with full-color photos throughout, it covers the region's great grilling traditions as well as its typical stews, characteristic sauces, beloved empanadas-and foods to pair with the wines from Argentina and Chile, whose popularity on the North American market has been skyrocketing in recent years.
