Kumta is Information Systems faculty at the School of Business Management, SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Deemed-to-be-University), Mumbai, India and specializes in Enterprise Systems and Knowledge Management and is a recognised Research Guide. She holds a Masters Degree in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta and a Doctorate in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai. Dr. Kumta
