Koala Bare by Jackie French
For too long koalas have been called 'bears'. Some bears wear pants and live in cottages in the woods ...but this koala is out to prove to the world that he is BARE! And that never, ever ever can a koala be a bear...From the internationally renowned author of the bestselling Diary of a Wombat comes a hilariously funny picture book that Jackie French has created with talented new illustrator Matt Shanks. Ages: 3 years+

It took him 10 years though, while working as a Creative Director at some of Melbourne's best design agencies, to realise that this 'watercolour hobby' of his needed to be shared with more than just his wife and cat. Matt has now illustrated several picture books and lives in Melbourne.
